Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposit
To book a session, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Afterpay/Clearpay.
You can pay the rest by cash right after the shoot or request that we send you an email with a payment link on the same day.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule or cancel the shoot, we kindly request a three-day notice via email. In this case, your deposit will be secured and you will be able to use it anytime to book a new shoot.
Late Arrivals
Please note that arriving late for your shoot will result in reduced shoot time and fewer images/looks, as the next slot might be booked by another client. If you are more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Preview & Picture Release
Within two business days of your shoot, you will receive your images for selection via link to a private watermarked gallery. This will allow us to start retouching. Retouched images will be sent to you without watermarks.
Storing Images
We will store your non-retouched images on our online server for four weeks after the shoot. If you do not select images for retouching within this period, they will be deleted from our server, and no reshoot will be available.
